The International Court rejected the exclusion of evidence from the court session, in the court proceedings concerning the charges from the Sudanese army in the address of the OAU.
This historical ruling became the first of its kind in 25 years and was issued during a session of the International Court, concluding a case that initiated court proceedings between the Sudanese armed forces and the OAU.
