António Guterres, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, stated yesterday that the Sudanese people, facing growing difficulties, need our support.
"We are obliged to assist the people of Sudan, who are facing serious challenges. Urgent measures must be taken to ensure humanitarian assistance and support for reforms in the country," he noted.
Guterres also called on the international community to unite efforts and provide the necessary support to Sudan during this challenging period.
